Sam Update

I am doing so much better...see?  I don't like the blood letting (to test my glucose levels) so I try not to scratch Mom but I sure do growl a lot so she knows I do.not.like.it.at.all..  The insulin shots are ok because I don't feel them.

That Millie is just jealous.  She's eating canned food now too but she gets the plain ol' food and I get the special cans!  She's fat because she started eating my special food when the other vet said it was ok.  So now I can catch her when she runs from me.  Mom makes her exercise now because our new vet said she had to be tortured too.  Well, after all, Millie can exercise if I have to let Mom do the ear stabbing all the time!

 Sam sure would like a piece of that homemade cornbread.  Too bad, so sad.

Look really hard and see Sam under the big cabinet.  He's so skinny that he squiggled himself under there while on his back.  For some reason, he thought he was in trouble so he ran away when I went to get the other camera.

Lazy Day - It's Raining

and Mom can't nap so why not take up the WHOLE bed?

it's FREEZING

Well, those 70+ degree days caught up with us.  It's freezing.  And it won't get above freezing today.  Mom says her brain hurts so we are going to make her happy.

Sam wants to be the Dishwater Inspector General.

The Wet Stuff Came Back

 It rained again.  We still need rain or Mom won't be able to plant flowers in the Spring. 

This is my prime snack food.  It isn't on my diabetic diet but once in a while won't hurt.  Besides, I can sneak them when Mom is working in the garden or chasing Millie behind the oleander.

Vitamin D Replenish

  Mom caved and let us go outside.  She mumbled something about vitamin D?

After a scouting trip to make sure there are no predators in the yard, I sunbathe.  Then I sunbathe some more.

Then that rascal Sam chased me around the yard to the swing.  Mom went inside to bring out a plant to pot, I saw the door open and I ran inside with Sam closely following.  

Sam eats her pansies even though he isn't supposed to eat them.
